1. Introduction

At Conscious Golfer we are committed to delivering your purchases with the utmost care, security, and efficiency. This policy outlines our shipping processes, responsibilities, and the measures we take to ensure your item arrives safely. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Shipping Destinations

Countries We Ship To: United States

Future Expansion: We are continually working to expand our shipping destinations. Please check back regularly for updates.


3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping USA: Standard Shipping: We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Conscious Golfer.

International Shipping: International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. The customer is solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the product or shipping cost. Please consult your local customs office to understand these potential charges before ordering.

No Hidden Fees: All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.


4. Order Processing Time

To protect all parties from fraud and ensure the security of high-value transactions, we implement a strict verification process.

Processing Time:All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day order verification and processing period before they are released to our shipping partners. This is not included in the transit time.

Fraud Prevention: Our team may contact you via email or phone to verify certain details of your order. Orders will not ship until verification is complete and payment has fully cleared.

Order Changes/Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only accommodate requests if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Reliable Carriers: We exclusively partner with premium, insured, and trackable courier services renowned for handling high-value goods, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or specialized luxury logistics providers.

Signature Required: All shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. You, or an authorized adult at the delivery address, must be present to sign for the package. The courier will not leave the package unattended under any circumstances.

No "Leave at Door" Option: For security reasons, we cannot honor requests to leave a package without a signature. This is a non-negotiable term to minimize theft and liability.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. We recommend you monitor your shipments’ progress and ensure someone is available to receive it.

Insurance:

Shipments are insured against loss or damage. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.


7. Tracking Order

Tracking Information: After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

      • Tracking Number
      • Carrier Name
      • Link to Track Your Package

     How to Track Your Order:

    • Visit https://consciousgolfer.net/track-order or the carrier's website.
    • Enter your tracking number to view the status and estimated delivery date.

If you have questions or need assistance with tracking, please contact Customer Service.


8. Delivery & Receipt of Package

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is your responsibility to inspect the external packaging for any obvious signs of damage, tampering, or mishandling at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing Damaged Packages: If the external shipping box appears significantly damaged, crushed, or opened, you must REFUSE DELIVERY immediately. Take photos of the damaged packaging. Please note this with the courier at the time of delivery. Once you refuse the shipment, please contact us immediately at support@consciousgolfer.net.
  • Accepting the Package: By accepting and signing for the package, you acknowledge that the external packaging appeared acceptable at the time of delivery. This signature initiates the transfer of custody and liability from the courier (and by extension, us) to you.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Conscious Golfer is not liable for packages that are:

  • Stolen after a confirmed delivery has been provided by the carrier.
  • Lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided by the customer, if the signature was provided (even if by an unauthorized person at the address).
  • Lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% accurate and secure. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a location where someone can reliably accept the package.


10. Shipping Damage & Warranty

While we ensure our partners pack items to the highest standards, damage can occur in transit.

  • External Damage: If the external box is damaged and you accepted it, please take photos, contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. You must save all original packaging, including the outer shipping box and inner materials, for inspection by the carrier. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
  • Concealed Damage: If the external box is fine but the item inside is damaged, please take photos, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must save all original packaging for inspection.
  • Claims Process: All damage claims are subject to investigation and approval by the shipping carrier's insurance. Conscious Golfer will facilitate this process but is not liable for the carrier's final decision. We are not the insurer of the goods during transit.

11. Return and Refund Policy

All returns and refunds are strictly governed by our separate Return Policy. To be eligible for any return, the item must be shipped back to us using an insured, trackable service with a signature required, as outlined in that policy.  We strongly recommend you retain proof of postage and insurance for your records. Conscious Golfer is not liable for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit back to us.


12. Address Accuracy & Changes:

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check it before confirming your order.
  • Address Changes: We can only attempt to modify the shipping address if the order is still in the verification processing stage. Once a tracking number has been generated, we cannot change the address. Shipping to a corrected address may incur additional fees.
  • Returned Packages:

          If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

      • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
      • Additional shipping charges may apply.

13. Limitations of Liability
Conscious Golfer acts as an intermediary between you and the supplier/manufacturer. Our liability for any shipping-related issues is strictly limited to the terms outlined in this policy and the successful filing of a claim with our insured shipping partner. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
