1. Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Conscious Golfer website located at ConsciousGolfer.net ("Website").

3. Eligibility:
Time Frame: (7 days from delivery) for returns.
Condition: Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, and unaltered condition with all original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective seals intact.
Proof of Purchase: The original order number and receipt are mandatory.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance
Personalized or monogrammed items.
4. Return Process:
Pre-Authorization Required: all returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Please email support@consciousgolfer.net to initiate the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, processed, or returned to the customer unless accompanied by an RMA number.
5. Return Shipping:
Customer-Paid: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Insured & Tracked Signature Required: Return must be shipped with a fully insured service (e.g., FedEx Insured, UPS) with a signature required for delivery to Conscious Golfer.
6. Inspection & Refund Issuance:
Inspection Upon Receipt: all returned items will be rigorously inspected upon receipt to verify they meet the return conditions.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within (7-10 business days) after the item has passed inspection.
Deductions: Any value loss due to customer handling (damage, missing tags, etc.) will result in a partial refund or refusal of the return, with the item being shipped back to the customer at their expense.
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
